Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the Kensington Park Hotel was marked by some highs and lows. The location is a huge plus, just steps away from Union Square and surrounded by numerous dining options. The customer service was outstanding, with a particular shout-out to housekeeping, but we did encounter some communication issues regarding our arrival which left us feeling overwhelmed. Overall, while the accommodations were charming and the service was attentive, there were definitely areas that need some polishing.
I had an unforgettable stay at this historic hotel. The unique architecture and charm truly made my experience feel special. The staff members were always ready to assist, which greatly enhanced my time there. However, my overall experience was impacted by an issue with the water temperature in my room and an unfortunate fire alarm incident. While I loved many aspects of the hotel, these issues made my stay less than perfect.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the location near Union Square was incredibly convenient and the hotel had a charming vintage character, I faced several issues during my stay, particularly with the water temperature in the shower and a false fire alarm. I was moved to a different room due to the shower issue, which helped a bit, but the overall experience was marred by these problems.
This charming hotel boasts a rich historic character and is positioned perfectly near Union Square, making it a haven for shopping and dining enthusiasts. The room size was generous and very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The complimentary afternoon tea and evening sherry were delightful extras. However, the absence of daily housekeeping and the occasional noise from the bustling surroundings were slight downsides.
I had a fantastic experience at this charming hotel. The historic vibe and unique character made my stay special, and the staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The location was also excellent, with easy access to major attractions. However, the room was a bit smaller than I expected, which made moving around a bit tricky. Overall, a delightful place to stay in San Francisco with a few minor drawbacks.
