Our stay at the Kensington Park Hotel was marked by some highs and lows. The location is a huge plus, just steps away from Union Square and surrounded by numerous dining options. The customer service was outstanding, with a particular shout-out to housekeeping, but we did encounter some communication issues regarding our arrival which left us feeling overwhelmed. Overall, while the accommodations were charming and the service was attentive, there were definitely areas that need some polishing.

I had an unforgettable stay at this historic hotel. The unique architecture and charm truly made my experience feel special. The staff members were always ready to assist, which greatly enhanced my time there. However, my overall experience was impacted by an issue with the water temperature in my room and an unfortunate fire alarm incident.
